thank u 4 coming out 2 us on thursday 7th feb 08 to wash + groom our dog ("Check" the Boxer 3 years old in march) the service u gave us was excellent, we found u very friendly,polite and the advice given when asked a question very helpful the way u handled Check who has behaviour problems and tends to nip or sometimes bite was absolutely marvellous we told u these problems when we phoned u and u were still willing 2 come round u had your hands full with him but this didn't put u off, the care ,attention,patients + professional manner in which u dealt with him was absolutely outstanding we would have no doubt in recommending u 2 anybody and will definitely do so if and when we are given the opportunity there is no way we would go 2 anyone else thank u once again excellent could't get a better service...wendy & tina roe
