To ensure that any nasty bugs or diseases are kept away, we make sure that all of our tools and equipment are kept clean and sterilised at all times. We will clean and sterilise all equipment, and disinfect all areas after each dog is groomed.
This is how we were trained, and this should be a basic mindset of all responsible dog groomers.

If your dog has a certain requirement for bathing products, we will have no problem in using your own shampoos/conditioners.
